Megan from NJ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is it still possible to book a Minnie van to pick us up at MCO and deliver us to a WDW Resort? If so, could you please provide a phone number for them as I can not find one.

Hey Howdy Hey Megan and welcome to planDisney!

How exciting it is knowing your Magical vacation is just days away! While you are going to have so much to look forward to during your upcoming trip, it sounds like we need to iron out the details of how to get to the resort. Not to worry, you've got a friend in me to give you your options!

Megan, you are correct in that at one time, you were able to schedule a Minnie Van for transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Resort and Orlando International Airport. This option, however, was one of the many victims of the Covid-19 closures and has yet to return. We don't know for certain if this is permanent or not but as of right now, it is not an option to get to Walt Disney World from the airport. There are a few other options to consider.

MEARS Connect was the company that partnered with Disney for Guest transportation and currently does most of the work getting excited parkgoers on sight to their Disney Resorts Collections hotels. You can schedule anything from a larger shuttle or smaller and more personal options to get you where you want to go. Of course, there are always rideshares you can book as well. If you did an internet search for "Transporation from MCO to Walt Disney World", you would come up with many different options. Currently, our family uses MEARS Connect for the trips back and forth. Not quite as Magical, but it gets the job done and we have had no issues!

Once you are property in Walt Disney World, you have full access to Minnie Vans. You can call them and have them pick you up and drop you off virtually anywhere on the property. I love how the music inside of the vehicles can match your destination. The Cast Members driving the vehicles are also super nice and very knowledgeable about the resort as a whole. It really is a nice way to navigate your way around the resort!

I am sorry I could not deliver better news about the Minnie Van situation for your airport transfer. Hopefully, you now have several options to consider to get you back and forth efficiently and safely. If you have any further questions please let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
