Is it possible to ask for a specific room or floor for our reservation in late May at Port Orleans resort? If so, how would we go about enquiring about that? Thank you!

    Greetings, Toby!

Welcome back to planDisney, friend! Your stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort is just a couple of months away. How exciting! Your room isn't just a spot to stay, it is your own enchanted corner of your resort. And I am happy to report that you can make requests for your favorite floor or room location. Here's all you need to know about location preferences at a Disney Resort Hotel

Once you book your stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth, you can add some room requests during online check-in. Some examples of this may include a higher floor, near an elevator, or near the lobby. If you would like to note more detailed location preferences, such as a certain building, room number, or floor, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by phone. They will be able to note your requests on your reservation. I also suggest stopping by the front desk after you arrive to confirm your requests have been noted and to see if they can be accommodated. It is important to note that while Cast Members will do their very best to grant room wishes, requests are not guaranteed. I hope these tips help you and your crew get a practically perfect room!

Toby, during your time at Port Orleans, be sure to stop by Scat Cat's Club - Café. Freshly brewed coffee and Mickey Beignets are an amazing way to fuel up for a theme park day!

    We'll see ya real soon!
