Disney MagicMobile rolled out last year, and it really simplifies the theme park experience! You can just tap your phone or Apple Watch to the touchpoints to scan into the theme parks. When successful, a checkmark and "Done" show on your device. Guests can use their MagicMobile pass for Virtual Queue or
Genie+ Lightning Lane access and
Disney PhotoPass (tap your device on the attraction photo preview walls). You can also charge food and merchandise purchases (it will go to your room account, not directly to your credit card).
First, you'll need to set it up on your phone:
1. Open your
My Disney Experience app.
2. Tap the three stacked lines in the lower right corner, and select the Disney MagicMobile icon.
Tap Set Up Your Pass.
3. If you have more than one MagicMobile Pass, select the passes you want to add. This is incredibly helpful if you have minor children who do not have their own My Disney Experience account.
4. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
It's that simple! Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! When you add a MagicMobile Pass on your iPhone, you also add it to your paired Apple Watch. If you want to double-check that it was added, open up the Watch app on your iPhone and scroll down to Wallet & Apple Pay. You should see it here. Express Mode will turn on automatically, which allows you to use your MagicMobile Pass with a tap. You don't have to open the Wallet app or unlock your device (if you add multiple MagicMobile Passes, Express Mode is turned on for all of them). If at any time you need some assistance while in the parks, visit the
Guest Experience Team, found underneath the blue umbrellas.
