Is it possible to add a second day to our one day ticket the day we visit or would we need to purchase another single day ticket. If not possible the day of can it be done prior to our visit? Thanks so much!

    Welcome to planDisney, Deborah!

Ooh, a trip to Walt Disney World is in your very near future--how fun! What's even better? Going back for a second helping!

You'll be happy to hear that guests may upgrade their Walt Disney World theme park tickets as long as they do so prior to activating the last day of that ticket. In your case, this would mean upgrading that one day ticket to a two day prior to entering a park.

To do so, take a look at your My Disney Experience App and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next, scroll down to My Tickets & Passes; when you select that, you'll see your current ticket. If you look below that ticket, you should see the option to Upgrade. It's that simple!

If you're online in your Disney Account, hover over the My Disney Experience Tab and select My Plans & Tickets. Once there, scroll down just a little to where you'll see My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Most likely, your Daily Itinerary tab will be selected, but note that your Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker tab is there, too. Select that and you'll see your ticket as well as the option to upgrade.

Didn't get a chance to do either of these prior to your park day? Not to worry. Simply head to Guest Relations, located just before the entrance to any theme park; a Cast Member there can magically make your one day of park touring into two--or more!

As you plan those two days, Deborah, you might think of additional questions. If you do, be sure to send them our way. We love to help!
