Hi John!
First, let me start by saying thank you for your service! We're delighted that you've chosen to visit the Walt Disney World Resort and stay at the beautiful
Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. This unique spot offers a rustic retreat while still providing the magic and excitement of Disney.
At Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you and your family can enjoy a wide range of activities, from horseback riding and fishing to campfire sing-alongs and outdoor movie nights. The
Meadow Swimmin' Pool with its waterslide and the
Tri-Circle-D Ranch, home to the beautiful horses of Main Street, U.S.A., are just a few highlights. There's always something fun happening, ensuring that your stay will be filled with memorable moments.
Regarding your inquiry about adding a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation with
U.S. Military-purchased park tickets, I'm pleased to inform you that guests who have booked a Military Room-Only reservation are eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan. Since you are staying at the Campgrounds at Disney's Fort Wilderness, I recommend
contacting the Walt Disney World Resort Reservations line directly. They will be able to provide specific information about your reservation and assist you in adding the Disney Dining Plan if your booking qualifies.
The
Disney Dining Plans are a fantastic way to budget ahead for dining, offering convenience and flexibility with a variety of meal options throughout the parks and resorts. However, even if your reservation isn't eligible, rest assured that you'll still have plenty of opportunities to indulge in delicious meals and treats during your stay.
While you're planning your visit, I highly recommend attending the
Flag Retreat Ceremony at
Magic Kingdom Park. This heartfelt ceremony is a wonderful salute to the military and a perfect way to honor your service.
I hope your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort is filled with magic and joy. Thank you once again for your service and have a wonderful time creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
