Is there still a possibility of picking up a resort key card after using the online check in option on the app

    Hello Jake, welcome to planDisney!

Yes, you can absolutely pick up a physical key card (a Key to the World card) for your Disney Resort hotel room from the Front Desk, even if you've checked in online. Sometimes there's just something nice about having a physical card in hand. Feel free to ask for one when you arrive at the Front Desk, and the Cast Members will be happy to assist you. They can even link your tickets to this card, so you'll be able to tap into the Parks with ease.

Additionally, you may like to know that Disney Resort hotels offer Bell Services that can hold your luggage upon arrival and departure. Since you're visiting from the UK, your room will likely be ready by the time you arrive. However, on your departure day, this convenient service allows you to drop off your bags and head to the Parks for one last dose of Disney magic. Just collect your luggage from Bell Services when you return to the resort later that day before you head home.

Enjoy your stay, and if you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to us at planDisney!

    Magic always,
