Hello and welcome to planDisney, Courtney!
Thank you for sending an excellent question our way. We are thrilled to help fellow Guests plan magical memories for their Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
My family loves character dining, and this is a must-do experience whenever we visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. Nothing is better than enjoying a delicious meal and waiting for Disney pals to greet you at your table. Character dining is actually my favorite way to meet Disney characters.
Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast is currently unavailable at
Trattoria al Forno, and we have yet to hear if or when Ariel, Prince Eric, Rapunzel, and Flynn Rider will return to the restaurant. I hope they are back soon because it was magical to start the day in the company of these beloved Disney characters. For news and updates, check the restaurant website often and keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog.
In the meantime, I suggest exploring other
character dining opportunities available at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you want to dine with the Disney Princesses, I recommend making reservations at
Cinderella’s Royal Table or
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Dining reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. If you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can make reservations for your entire length of stay (for up to a 10-night stay) up to 60 days before your check-in date. When you visit Magic Kingdom Park, stop by Princess Fairytale Hall because Rapunzel can sometimes be found there with another Disney Princess, and be sure to
Meet Ariel at Her Grotto. Please note all character appearances are subject to change without notice.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Courtney. Come back to visit us for more tips and advice as you plan your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
