Our poss. dates for WDW would either be 4/15-19 or 4/22-26. My 5 yr old loves princesses. When I look for hotels, the cheapest is $129, not $89. How did you find $89? Will definitely look into dining. Is it better to book now or wait for more discounts?

    Hello, Mimi!

Currently, there is a great deal that's being offered for select stays at Walt Disney World; in order to find these discounted prices, go to Walt Disney World's website, then hover over "Places to Stay." You'll see "Special Offers" scroll off to the right of that category; click on it in order to see your option to "Save up to 30% at Select Disney Resort Hotels This Spring!" Here is a shortcut for WDW's Spring Discount. There, select "Room Only, " and "Check Availability Now." Enter your travel dates and number in your party, then select "Check Category Availability" next to "Walt Disney World Value Resorts."

I entered 4/15-4/19, included your party of 2 adults and on 5-year-old princess and found that All-Star Music will be $87.20 per night of your stay, using this Special Offer. Search that same site in the traditional fashion and you'll find the price you mention above. Your next option of dates is currently going for the same discounted rate as well, so you can't lose!

You can also follow the same steps listed above, except select "Room + Magic Your Way Tickets" in order to be able to add a Dining Plan to your package, should you wish to do so. Try both and compare the cost of each, but be sure to do so using the Special Spring Discount.

I'd book as soon as I found a great rate for a stay in my preferred resort on the dates I need, simply because such offers sometimes book up as the dates get closer. Remember, too, that you can always cancel and book a new reservation with no penalty if a better rate becomes available as long as you've booked directly through WDW and cancel at least 6 days prior to arrival.

Send more questions as you think of them, Mimi! I'd love to help you save money and plan the most spectacular trip for you and your little princess!
