Marta from Cascais Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi we are a Portuguese family arriving in Disney boulder ridges hotel on the 26th December but I couldn’t make any dinning reservations as all full. Is this as issue ? Do I need to book even for the breakfast in our hotel? Thanks!

Hey Marta! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to chat with you and help you out with your first question! First off, I have to say I absolutely love Cascais! It's such a gorgeous place, and I had the pleasure of visiting earlier this year. I can't wait to go back! Now, let's dive into the enchanting world of Disney World and all those amazing dining options!

It's always a good idea to make dining reservations, especially for those popular spots where tables fill up fast. But don't worry! You can always check in with a Cast Member to see if there are any walk-in options available, even at the Disney Resorts. While there's no guarantee you'll get a table, it's definitely worth a try, especially if you're flexible and have a little time to spare. And if you're looking for something a bit more casual, quick-service dining locations are a fantastic option! You don't need a reservation there, and they're always happy to welcome guests, whether you're in the parks or at the resorts.

One of my best tips is to download the My Disney Experience app. It's super helpful! You can check out all the restaurant details, operating hours, and even menus. Trust me, having that info will make it easier for you to decide where you want to eat! Sometimes, I'll head to Disney World with no dining reservations at all and just savor the delicious offerings from the quick-service spots. It's always such a fun experience!

Now, if there's a must-try restaurant on your list, make sure to chat with the concierge or a Guest Relations Cast Member when you check in at your hotel. You never know—plans change all the time, and guests often cancel or adjust their reservations, so a little bit of magic might just help you out!

I hope this info makes planning your trip a bit easier, Marta! Feel free to reach out anytime with more questions, whether it's before, during, or after your trip. We're always here and ready to help out our wonderful friends like you!

    Cheers,
    Nilson
