    does the port orleans riverside tell guests what room or building they will be in ahead of time?

    Hi, Brian!

    Room assignments are not given to guests until check-in.  However, if you have a 5th guest in your room, you will be assigned to a room in the Alligator Bayou section of the resort which has a pull-down bed allowing for the 5th guest.  You can do online check-in 10 days out from your vacation. While this will not give you a room number, it will speed up your check-in process upon arrival.

    If you have a room preference, you can note your request when making your reservation or by calling the resort a week or so prior to your vacation to let them know where you would like to stay.  Room requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.  When making your request, make sure you have your travel dates and resort confirmation number.
