Welcome to planDisney, Bryan! One of the great things about reserving your
ground transfer with Disney Cruise Line is that once you hand over your checked luggage, they will take care of it! You will see your luggage again in front of your stateroom door later on embarkation day. If you fly into Orlando the morning of your cruise, you can take the transfer from Orlando International Airport to
Port Canaveral. If you are visiting Orlando a day or so before embarkation, you can take the transfer from the
Walt Disney World Resort, Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, or Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront.
If you decide to book a ground transfer, you do not need to select a Port Arrival Time when you complete Online Check-In. About the day before embarkation, you will receive instructions on the time and location to meet for pick-up. You will receive a boarding group number once you check in at the cruise terminal and will need to wait until that group is called. Booking a ground transfer with Disney Cruise Line does not guarantee an early boarding time.
Bryan, you need to
call directly to make your reservation. The number of transfers is limited, so please make your reservation as soon as you confirm your travel plans. If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney for answers. We are here to help!
