    Port arrival time form

    Ahoy, Kristabelle!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for asking about your very important Port Arrival Form for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation. I hope this means that you have a special sailing just ahead on the horizon. There’s nothing like a cruise vacation to put your mind at ease and truly feel like you’ve escaped your reality.

Online check-in is an important milestone during your cruise planning where you complete critical information in preparation for travel. This includes the Guest information, uploading photos of your travel documents, security photos of your travel party, minor travel information, confirming a credit card for onboard payments, Youth Clubs registration, and your travel plans such as airline information. This milestone date will vary based on your Castaway Club Membership level. You can begin the process and return to modify information or complete these steps anytime from that date until one day prior to sailing.

The last step of online check-in is to select a Port Arrival Time. Once you have completed this process, you may print the Port Arrival Form or add it to your mobile wallet electronically. A copy of this form is also emailed to you. The form contains a Quick Response (QR) code for ease of checking in at the port terminal. While having this form in hand will help the queue move efficiently and get you to the ship smoothly, it is not required should you forget it during your travels. I keep my Port Arrival Form in both my Apple Wallet and printed in the binder with our travel documentation for my peace of mind and for quickly moving through the process when we arrive at the port. You can find this form in your cruise reservation anytime under Online Check-In once that process is complete, or in your email.

I hope this helps you find the buried treasure of this form, and that you are all set for smooth sailing on this special voyage! Please let our planDisney crew know if there’s anything else you need prior to your vacation.

    Bon voyage,
    Amy
