Where do we get our Port Arrival Form?

Hey there, Jane! Thank you for cruising our way as you prepare to set sail in just a few days!

I’m delighted to assist you in finding your Port Arrival Form, ensuring you're fully prepared when you arrive at the terminal. Simply navigate to the Disney Cruise Line website or open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and select "Online Check-In." Click the blue text to return to your check-in information, and you'll find the Port Arrival Form located in the second-to-last section. You can print it out or save it to your phone for easy access.

Before your departure, Disney Cruise Line representatives will review your Port Arrival Form and citizenship documents, and then they'll guide you through security and onto the ship. Don't forget to pack your day bag with all your essentials. Once you hand off your luggage to the porters, they'll deliver it to your stateroom later in the day. And if you're looking for some packing tips, Disney Cruise Line has got you covered with a handy packing checklist on their website.

As you step aboard, make sure your camera is ready to capture the awesome welcome from the crew – it's truly a magical moment! Have a safe trip, and soak in all the magic along the way!
