    going to PO-riverside in June. Do they accept packages via mail. wanted to send a box of goodies down before we go. thanks

    Hi Cindy! You'll be happy to know you can send packages of non-perishable items directly to the resort before you arrive. Here's what you do - address the package to:

    Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside
    1251 Riverside Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

    Attn: Guest Cindy (your last name) Arrival date: 6/  /2010 (fill in your arrival day)

    As an added measure of security, have the package sent with signature required, or if using the US Post Office, Delivery Tracking, so that you can track it just in case anything happens. I know a lot of the Moms have had packages shipped with no problem.

    Once you send it, it's a good idea to follow up with a phone call directly to the resort at 407-934-6000 to let them know to expect a package in your name. When you arrive, ask for the package when you check in, or have it delivered to your room upon check-in.
