    HI, How can I get from POR to the Contemporary Resort for Chef's Table at 7:30. How much time do I need to do it?

    Hi Joan!!!

    Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!!  I am glad to help you give you directions from Port Orleans - Riverside to Disney's Contemporary Resort.  

    I would suggest that you take the Magic Kingdom bus from Port Orleans - Riverside.  Once at the Magic Kingdom you would need to walk over to the Monorail station that is past the main entrance.  From there, take the Resort Monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort.  The Contemporary is the first stop on the Resort Monorail line from the Magic Kingdom.  

    I would suggest giving yourself an hour minimum to get from one resort to the other.  To be on the safe side, we always give about an hour and a half when we are trying to make it from the resort we are staying at to Disney's Contemporary Resort.  If you do arrive early, you can walk around the grounds and enjoy the atmosphere of the Contemporary Resort.
