Hi at Pop/C for 1 night b4 movin to OKW the rest of holiday - we have a fridge at OKW - not at PC & was wonderin if there was anywhere we could store my mums eyedrops (she has recently had a corneal graph & needs to keep them refridgerated if poss)

    Hi Ron!

I have heard that all of the Value Resorts will be getting mini-refrigerators, however I do not know when this will be implemented.  If they are not a standard amenity when you are at Disney World for your vacation, you can request a refrigerator to be brought to your room.  Please let them know it is needed for medical reasons.  If for some reason they do not have any available, you can possibly store the medicine in a sealed zip lock bag in the ice bucket.  I don't know how chilled the eye drops need to be, so check with your mom's doctor first to see if this would be ok.  My mom needs to refrigerate her insulin and we've had to use the ice bucket on many occasions and this has worked out just fine.

    Have a magical day!
