    When we get 2 Pop (from cruise) we want 2 head straight 2 a park. If the room isn't ready I know baggage services will hold my bags. Until what time will they hold my bags? Can they be sent to my room without me there? Looking to max out Disney time:)

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    I am so glad to hEAR that you will be sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey and then stay for some days at the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney’s Pop Century Resort is my favorite value resort, and I just stayed there for a week with friends. The refurbished rooms are great and accommodated our party of four adults comfortably, so I really hope you also have a positive experience.

    You are welcome to leave your luggage with Bell Services and go play for the rest of the day at one of the theme parks. Bell Services is available 24 hours, so if you come back later in the evening they will be there for you to retrieve your belongings. Please note that someone needs to be in your room to receive the bags, as Bell Services is not allowed to drop them off in the room without the presence of a Guest. Last time I visited with my family we stayed for some nights at a Disney Resort hotel and then switched to another resort hotel on property for the second part of our visit. Our luggage was transferred from one hotel to the other and we went to Magic Kingdom Park to enjoy our day. Later in the evening we stopped by Bell Services and they took our bags to our room.
