Will Pop Century transfer our luggage to the Dolphin Swan, and then at the end of our stay, transfer it to All Star Sports? If so, what is the fee?

    Hi Jill,

I like your name and your adventurous spirit! A "split stay" at the Walt Disney World Resort is a fun way to explore a variety of immersive environments during your vacation.

The Bell Services desks at the hotels where you will be staying will make the transition between hotels very easy. On the day you check out from Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can leave your luggage with their Bell Services staff with the instruction that your bags are to be sent over to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Even though the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is not Disney-owned, their Bell Services team does coordinate bag transfers with the Bell Service desks at the Disney-owned hotels. (I spoke with a Cast Member at Disney's Pop Century Resort this morning to confirm that they will send your bags over to your next destination.)

Similarly, when you are ready to check out of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, their Bell Services team will follow your instruction to transfer your bags to Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. There is no fee for this service. However, a gratuity for the fine folks at Bell Services would no doubt be appreciated.

Once your luggage has been placed in the care of the Bell Services team, you can head off to the theme parks to spend your day as you please. Your bags will be waiting for you later that evening when you check in at the next resort.

Have fun resort-hopping on your upcoming trip!
