At Pop Century, are the Standard Rooms quieter than the Preferred Rooms?

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to planDisney, Cindy. We love when you stop by! I'm thrilled to hear you're planning a holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. You're sure to have a fa-la-la-la-fabulous stay!

Disney's Pop Century Resort is my favorite Value Resort of the Disney Resorts Collection. The larger-than-life nods to popular culture throughout the resort and the spacious, Mickey-and-friends-themed Guest rooms are SO fun! And did I mention the convenient access to the Disney Skyliner? I love it!

To answer your question, yes, I've found that the Standard Rooms at all Value Resort hotels are a bit quieter than the rooms in the Preferred section. The Standard Rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort are further away from the feature pool, the Hippy Dippy Pool, and Classic Hall, where the hotel's Quick-Service restaurant and bus transportation are located, making the buildings with the Standard Rooms typically quieter.

I hope this was helpful, Cindy. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! As always, we'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
