Do the Pop Century standard room fridge’s have a freezer that will hold ice packs?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jaime!

You are in for a groovy time over at Disney’s Pop Century Resort! Having stayed in many Disney Resort Hotels over the yEARs, my kids still prefer a nice refreshing dip in the Hippie Dippie Pool and some tie-dye cheesecake to a stroll in the victorian gardens at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! All rooms at your Disney Resort hotel will have a miniature fridge, and many have those small “freezer areas” at the top of the fridge, but I am not sure if it will keep ice packs frozen. Might I suggest bringing some resealable plastic bags and grabbing some ice from the ice machine at your hotel as a backup plan? If you happen to be at a Disney Theme Park and all of your ice has melted, you can ask any Quick Service Disney Restaurant for some ice to refill your baggies and keep your snacks cold! If you want, you can even rent a locker to store your cooler as opposed to bringing it with you all day long! You simply pay one price and if you hop over to a different Disney Theme Park, you don’t have to pay a second time to use a locker!

I hope this helps with your planning! Enjoy your stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and come and visit us again soon!
