Does Pop Century Resort offer rollaway beds?

Hi, Diana! Thanks for strolling on over to see us here at planDisney! Let's help you have a groovy stay at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Disney's Pop Century Resort is the cat's meow as far as my family is concerned. We love the "pops" of color everywhere, and my son is a big fan of the trivia posted on signs all around the Resort hotel. And of course, our favorite mode of transportation, the Disney Skyliner, is a totally rad way to travel to the theme parks!

Rollaway bed availability can vary from one Resort hotel to the next, so I just chatted with a Cast Member to see if I could get the lowdown on the situation at Disney's Pop Century Resort. They told me that rollaways have mostly been discontinued, but that you can ask at the front desk if any are available.

I know it's a bit late since you're coming to Florida this Friday (YAY!), but if you need extra room, you might consider checking on the feasibility of moving right across Hourglass Lake to a Family Suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The suites are really spacious, with a kitchenette, Murphy bed/table, separate master bedroom, and two bathrooms (that part's always a game-changer for me!). I'd hate for you to arrive at your Resort hotel and find they don't offer rollaway beds if your family needs an extra sleep surface.

I have my fingers crossed that you're able to get everyone a great night's sleep during your vacation, Diana. You're going to be so busy, you'll definitely need those zzzz's! Have a magical time, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
