It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Todd!
I really love using the
Disney Dining Plan when I'm on vacation. There is really something to be said for the ease and convenience of having all of your meals taken care of in advance. The
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is a great way to save some time and money on your upcoming trip, and you're going to get to try some incredible food. Make sure to swing by my favorite Quick-Service location at
Magic Kingdom Park,
Columbia Harbour House, for a delicious lunch or dinner. Here's an expert tip: take your food and eat upstairs! There's a quiet second-floor dining room that I think is one of the best places at Walt Disney World Resort for a break for some food and air conditioning.
Another reason that I keep coming back to the Dining Plan is that it is constantly evolving to better meet the needs of guests. One of the most recent improvements came in 2018 when it was improved to allow for guests to order alcoholic or specialty beverages when redeeming a Quick-Service or Table-Service credit. This means that if there's a milkshake on the menu that you like the look of when you're dining at
Everything POP Shopping & Dining, you can certainly have that as the beverage for your meal. One of the things I love most about staying at
Disney's Pop Century Resort is that it's just a short walk away from
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, which has one of my favorite Resort Hotel Quick-Service dining locations:
Landscape of Flavors. They have an entire counter dedicated to specialty beverages there, so it's a great place to try if you're on the hunt for milkshakes.
Have a magical day, Todd!
