Greetings Gregory, and welcome back to planDisney!
It looks like you're considering a totally tubular stay at
Disney's Pop Century Resort. Far out! This resort DOES offer connecting rooms, and this has been a lifesaver for my family on more than one occasion. We have little Mouseketeers and often travel with extended family (it's great to have a few handy helpers along on vacation). We like to let them nap in one room, while the adults spend time together in the other, and my family has done this at both Disney's Pop Century Resort and
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
You can request connecting rooms during
online check-in or by calling (407) 939-5277 when you reserve your rooms. While no request is guaranteed, I find that Cast Members do their best to make Guests' wishes come true. If you arrive at the resort and are not assigned connecting rooms, I recommend visiting the front desk to see if any changes can be made. You can even let them know if you are willing to move rooms a day or two into your vacation if there are no adjoining rooms available from the start.
I hope this is helpful, Gregory. My son and I just returned from a groovy getaway to Disney's Pop Century Resort, and we loved the recently refurbished rooms, the
convenient shopping and quick-service dining, and most of all, the
Disney Skyliner. It's an attraction in its own right, and it's a quick and easy way to travel. I'm already booked for another stay here in the fall, and I can't wait. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney, and if there is anything else we can do to make your vacation more magical, come see us again.
