HI! We are going to the Pop Century hotel next September, and we have already booked two rooms there. We need to have connecting rooms, as we are a couple and three small kids. Is it possible to add that request when I do the online check-in?

    Hi Monica!

Make sure that the 'connecting' is noted on your initial room request.  Please call 407 939-7675 and make sure that this is noted in your reservation.

When doing on-line check-in, the 'connecting' rooms note should pop up in your reservation.  You can select from other requests as well, but I would leave 'connecting' as your only request, because it's your most  important request.

For what it's worth, I've requested connecting rooms before and have not had an issue with having that request fulfilled.

Also, be sure to confirm at check-in at your resort that the rooms are connecting so they're aren't any surprises once you make the trek to your room.

    Have a magical vacation!
