    Hello there! We will be in Pop Century in exactly a month's time! (yay!) We are thinking of ordering some stuff from a drugstore site (there's discounts!) and send them to the resort prior to our arrival. How long will the resort hold the package for us?

    Hi there Jessie,

    I have sent packages to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel on nearly every trip and it's really a piece of cake!  There is no posted information about time constraints, but I have personally sent packages a week before my arrival with no issue.  Just be sure to address the box with the name of the person listed on the reservation and double check to be sure the address is accurate.  Also always include your arrival date too so they know when you'll be arriving.  They enter everything into the computer system as soon as the package arrives and you will be notified of such upon check-in.

    I have taken the liberty of posting the address and an example of the proper labeling for you below:

    GUEST: DIsney's Pop Century Resort (Arriving 2/22/14)

    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
