How do you get from Pop Century to Boardwalk and what time is it available from and till?

    Hi Abbey,

Welcome to planDisney!  It's nice to see you planning all of the details for your Walt Disney World holiday next spring, isn't it a lot of fun?  Personally, I like to make a very detailed plan before my family's visit but then when we get there, we use it more like a "guide" than a recipe for vacation.

I like how you are planning to do activities outside of the theme parks!  Disney's BoardWalk is a lovely area to visit for a couple of hours, and I especially enjoy it in the evening hours when the promenade is all lit up and the temperature has cooled down.  The official time for Disney's BoardWalk is listed for each date in the previous link.  However, I can tell you that each shop, entertainment, or restaurant may have its own operating hours.  For example, Jellyrolls is open from 7:00 PM to 1:45 AM today.  Jellyrolls is a dueling piano bar for Guests who are 21 and over and is a great way to spend the evening, but I do want to make sure you know there is a cover charge.  Atlantic Dance Hall is also another fun experience at Disney's BoardWalk for Guests who are 21 and older and its operating hours are listed by date in the previous link.  If you are interested in dining or snacking, here is a link to the restaurants available at Disney's BoardWalk and you can check the operating hours for each one by clicking on each individual restaurant.

Now, let's talk about "how to get there from here"!  If you will be starting at Disney's Pop Century Resort, the easiest way in my opinion is to take the Disney Skyliner to EPCOT.  The Disney Skyliner will take you to the EPCOT International Gateway entrance where there is a Disney Skyliner station located.  Once you exit the Disney Skyliner station at EPCOT, you can then walk to Disney's BoardWalk or take a quick boat ride to the area.  Please note, that after you get on the first Disney Skyliner gondola at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you will then transfer to another gondola at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort since this area is the "hub" for the Disney Skyliner system.  It's a quick and easy process, just follow the signage or ask a helpful Cast Member nearby for instructions.

Have a Magical vacation!  Since you will be visiting in the spring, I hope you will have an opportunity to check out the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.  Although the exact dates haven't been released yet, there is an excellent chance that since you are visiting in late March, you will most likely be visiting while it is occurring.

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Brenda
