Hi Moms, I have poor mobility and suffer a lot of pain when walking and standing, is there any help with the lines available and do I need to bring any paperwork from the UK for this? thanks

    Hi Julia:

The Disability Access Service Card (DAS) is designed to help Guests with disabilities (including non-apparent disabilities) who are not able to wait on conventional theme park lines.  Guest Relations continues to work with Guests to accommodate their unique experiences.  Simply explain your needs to Guests Services.  While they will take you at your word and won't demand paperwork, information and documents that help explain your needs likely will help Guest Relations work with you.

With the DAS card, you will receive a return time for attractions based on their current wait time.  Guests with the DAS card do not need to be present to get a return time for attractions, however, they must be present when returning to board the attraction.  There isn't a strict return time frame (unlike with FastPass+), so if you see that the line is too long when you return to ride, head to another attraction and return later.  The good news is that you can also use the DAS card in addition to FastPass+, which may provide your family with additional support.

    Enjoy your vacation.
