Are there any pools at WDW that have a deep end? We are planning a trip first week in September, which you get the free dining meal. If you choose the Dining deluxe does that come discounted since the Dining plan is free.

Hi Pam!  There are so many great pools at Walt Disney World. My favorite is the Stormalong Bay complex at the Yacht and Beach Club resorts. Here you will find sandy bottoms to slides to lazy river. The pool depths at all pools range from zero entry to 3-5 feet.  If you are looking for something deeper then try one of the two great water parks, Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. You can check out my favorite one at this site. wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/guides/blizzard/blizzard.htm

In the past you have been able to upgrade a free dining quick service plan to a regular or deluxe at the cost difference of what they normally run.  The best advice is to call the reservations number to get the latest quotes on what this difference would be. 407-934-7639.
