Are all the pools at the Disney Resorts heated? Are there any that are not?

    Hi Lesa!

I have great news! All pools on Walt Disney World Resort property are heated to a practically perfect 82 degrees throughout the year.

As a fellow Texan, I will tell you that despite the warm 82 degree water, there were times we passed on swimming because we knew we would be cold when it was time to get out. The time of year you visit Walt Disney World Resort may or may not impact your chance to swim. There were many times during winter months that while we stayed out of the pool, several other Guests were splashing away having a great time.

In the warmer months, we typically start our day at a theme park and then return to our Resort hotel in the afternoon or early evening for some fun in the sun pool time. Pool time is always a highlight of our vacations!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
