Disney Cruise Line's Services for Guests with Disabilities resource may offer you accommodations to also enhance your sailing with considerations for staterooms, special services, wheelchair and personal mobility equipment, communication staterooms, wireless internet and medical devices to name many.

Pool lifts can be prearranged by contacting
Disney Cruise Line Special Services in advance of your sailing, and by contacting Guest Services who will then contact you upon your boarding of the ship to arrange a time and location for your pool lift needs. Please note that the pool lift will only be available for the requested time frame and will not remain in place indefinitely for the duration of the sailing. The maximum weight limit is 300 pounds and pool operating hours and adverse weather conditions may impact the use of the pool lift.
