Welcome to planDisney, Luz!
Disney Resorts Collection hotels have such wonderful pools. A hotel's main pool is a big factor when I'm choosing where to stay. I recently came back from
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and I was amazed at the Lava Pool. My daughter loved going down the water slide and both my kids enjoyed exploring the Tiki Kikis Splash Play area. It's definitely my favorite pool on property. However, there are so many other pools that I enjoy too. You really can't go wrong.
Luz, you'll be pleased to know that pool toys are allowed. They just need to be used safely and under adult supervision. For example, my kids bring goggles and dive toys to the pool and have a great time practicing their diving skills. You just need to make sure that whatever you bring to the pool is not a distraction to the lifeguards or a danger to other Guests. For that reason, snorkels and fins, squirting toys, and hard frisbees are not allowed. Over-sized rafts would probably be prohibited too. Basically, it's up to the discretion of the lifeguards on duty. Therefore, when you arrive, you can always ask one of the Cast Members who are on duty that day.
I hope that's helpful, Luz.
You'll be just in time to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival before it finishes. Make sure you take a day to explore and discover all the amazing
topiaries around the park. My kids really loved trying to find each one. There's also a really cool butterfly garden called
Butterfly Landing Presented by AdventHealth. My daughter fell in love with this exhibit! It's worth checking out.
Have a great trip, Luz. Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
