Can I pool hop when I stay at a Disney World Resort Hotel. That is, can I stay at a value resort and go into a pool say at the Boardwalk resort hotel?

    Hi, Linda!

A refreshing splash in your resort's pool is a great way to take a mid-day break from the parks. I used to say I took the break for my kids to relax, but I think I need a bit of a rest as much as they do!

Pool hopping is not permitted. Pools are for that resort's registered guests only. However, not to worry! Each resort has at least one pool, if not multiple pools that will be perfect for a swim. Each resort has brilliantly themed pools with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. I think you will be pleased with your resort's pool(s) regardless of where you stay!

If you take a mid-day break, your ticket allows you to return to the same park later in the day. If you want to change which park you are visiting that day, you will need to add on the Park Hopper option.

Wishing you sun-filled days to enjoy your resort's pool!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
