Hiya Melonie!
Thanks for flocking back to us here at planDisney while getting your Donald Ducks in a row for your stay at the
Paradise Pier Hotel next month. I’m as green as a duckling with envy because I haven't had the chance to stay there yet! Ah phooey!
You're already aware of the exciting news that
the hotel is currently undergoing a transformation into the Pixar Place Hotel. While we don't have all the details yet, we know that the restaurant will be reimagined, and I'm already drooling just thinking about it! I can't wait to see what's in store - I bet it will be a real feather in the cap of Disney hotels!
I just waddled on over to the hotel myself and spoke with a helpful cast member at the front desk. Here's the scoop: the pool is currently under construction, and we don't have an exact date for its grand reopening. They're aiming to finish it up sometime this summer. I can already hear the splish-splash fun that awaits! But Melonie, even if the Paradise Pier pool is still under construction during your visit, you'll still have access to the amazing
pools at the Disneyland Hotel. They're a whole new world of fun and relaxation, ready to make your stay absolutely magical!
Since the pool area is a construction zone, guests won't be able to enjoy the deck or upper levels. But guess what? I've got a top-secret tip for you. Many guests love watching the music and
fireworks from the street level on Disneyland Drive, just in front of the hotel. Talk about a front-row seat to the magic!
Here’s another pro tip, Melonie: As a key-holding guest at the Paradise Pier Hotel, make sure you take full advantage of the
direct entrance into
Disney California Adventure Park. It's a total time-saver! This magical entrance leads you to the queue for
Goofy's Sky School, and the best part? There's a special security line just for you. So you can zoom past the crowds and start having a blast in no time!
I hope this was helpful information for you, Melodie. If you have any other questions or want some tips for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort,
just give me a quack, and I'll be here to pluck them out for you.
See ya real soon,
Danielle
