    We'll be at the Polynesian resort in just a couple weeks, and we're SO excited!! It's noted there are concierge services available...what can the concierge do for us?

    Hello, Kristin! Welcome to the Moms Panel! I bet your excited! I would be if I was just a few short weeks away, too! You are simply going to love Disney's Polynesian Resort. This is such a beautiful resort! The Concierge Desk is like having a personal assistant at your side. They can help you with tickets to any of the parks and for special events that may be happening around Walt Disey World. If you are looking into setting some dinner reservations, this is the place to be. A Cast Member will be happy to assist you with those and answer any questions you may have.
