Hi, We will be at Polynesian in October and wondering about grocery delivery to our room - breakfast foods such as bagels, yogurt, bottled smoothies, etc. Also, is the in-room fridge empty? Thank you!

    Hi Lisa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I often like to have some breakfast staples on hand when I visit Walt Disney World Resort. On trips where we don’t rent a car (for a quick trip to Target or Publix - places that this Canadian can’t visit at home!) I’ve used grocery delivery services such as Garden Grocer to have those kinds of items shipped directly to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel. This includes Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort when I’ve been lucky enough to stay there. I’ve also heard of people successfully ordering from Instacart, but I’ve never used that service.

And, yes, the in-room refrigerator is empty, which will allow you to fill it with all of your goodies. But please don’t forget that it’s a mini fridge, which means it doesn’t hold as much (or freeze items as well) as a conventional refrigerator.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
