    We will be @ Polynesian in 62 days! We have used Magic Bands before. When we ordered them 30 days prior last time, we just picked the colors offered.If we want to get a customized one, can we do that 30 days prior too or do we wait until we arrive?

    Hi Geoff! 

    MagicBands are one of the best things ever introduced at the Walt Disney World Resort! Guests listed on a reservation at a Disney Resort will be obtaining the solid color ones for free. You have a certain amount of time to customize them by selecting the solid color of your choice and customizing the name written on the inside of the band. You have to log in to your My Disney Experience Account and see the date by when you have to customize. If you do nothing, upon check-in you will receive the grey colored MagicBand. These free MagicBands cannot be customized at the resort. You also have the option of purchasing the character or themed MagicBands via DisneyStore.com, Shop Parks App (available on your smartphone) or upon arrival at practically all shops within Walt Disney World Resort. 

    Did you know?: Guests now have a new option to create and personalize MagicBands at Walt Disney World Resort. The new MagicBand on Demand station is located inside the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. location near Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom Park. These can also be purchased at the D-Tech on Demand boutique at the Marketplace Co-Op in Disney Springs Marketplace.
