What Polynesian building would have a shortest walk to the monorail station?

    Aloha Brad,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a question about Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. It’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for delicious dining options, proximity to the Monorail transportation, castle views across Seven Seas Lagoon all with a distinctly Polynesian feel. My family always feels so lucky when staying at the Polynesian, it’s a little slice of paradise!

There are several different accommodation types offered at the resort from hotel rooms to Villas to the incredible bungalows that sit on the shores of the lagoon. If you’re staying in the villa section of the resort (Tokelau, Pago Pago and Moorea), the building closest to the Ticket and Transportation Center is Pago Pago and if you’re staying on the hotel side, Rarotonga will have the shortest walk. Regardless of which building you choose, you won’t be far from the monorail to Magic Kingdom, the bus stop or the Ticket and Transportation Center!

While you’re at the resort, be sure to swing by the Pineapple Lanai for a DOLE Whip® - it’s the best treat to snack on while watching the Happily Ever After fireworks from the beach!

I hope this information is helpful to your vacation planning, Brad. If you have any other questions, please revisit us at planDisney - we are happy to help!

    Happy planning,
    Candace
