Hi Patricia, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I adore Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Staying in a tropical paradise with Dole Whips available right in my hotel? It just doesn’t get dreamier than that.
Never fear: this pineapple princess is here to help you with your confusion so you can focus on planning a magical vacation for your ‘ohana. First things first: Club Level Service is an option for select rooms at
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, but is not available in the Deluxe Studios at
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. I suggest calling Walt Disney World Reservations at (407) 939-1936, as they can walk you through what’s available and answer any questions you might have about amenities. Club Level Service is one of my bucket list items at Walt Disney World – I love the idea of an exclusive spot filled with snacks and drinks, and I’ve met a few concierges at the various resorts, and they’ve all been magical people.
A Reservations Cast Member will be able to help you understand the room layouts so you can decide what's best for your party of five. The Deluxe Studio rooms usually have a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and a day bed. The Standard rooms typically have 2 Queen beds and a day bed. You may find it helpful to watch a few room tour videos online to get a feel for the differences.
It is possible to request two connecting Deluxe Studio rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Just ask the Reservations Cast Member to add the request to your reservation. While requests cannot be guaranteed, there are lots of connecting studio rooms at this resort, so hopefully you’ll get some pixie dust.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
