Hi Austin!
I hate it when a plot twist forces me to change my vacation plans! I hope that won't happen to you, but just in case let's talk about what happens when you have to adjust your trip.
If you purchased a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you'll want to look at the
terms and conditions to see the current policies for modifying or canceling your plans. These policies are based on how far in advance you need to cancel your plans. Right now, guests who cancel at least 30 days in advance can get a refund of their package, minus a few cancellation fees. For guests who are between 5 and 29 days before their trip, cancellations are subject to an additional fee. If you're within 4 days of your vacation then typically the package is non-refundable.
Changes to your plans (such as picking new dates) are also dependent on how close your trip is. All changes are subject to availability and may include additional fees. I recommend calling the
"Vacation Packages" phone number to speak with a Cast Member and see what your options are.
If you can make it to the parks then you'll be able to enjoy
Pixar Fest across the whole resort! I watched "Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular" just last week and it was so fun to see how Imagineers combined so many Pixar stories by celebrating the friendships we love. From Buzz and Woody to Ember and Wade, I love the reminder that we are always at our best when we are with good friends.
I hope you are able to keep your plans, Austin, and that you have a wonderful trip!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
