    Some policy questions: 1) IF we got a free dining plan how close to the arrival date would we be able to upgrade the dining plan (to the next tier)? 2) What is the time limit to change the arrival date with a fee? (ie Sept to Nov)

    Hi there, Teresa!

    On the Disney Dining Plan, upgrades can be made up until and including the day you arrive.

    You can make changes to your Resort reservation without incurring any fees until 45 days prior to your day of arrival. when you are within that 45-day window, you are subject to change fees.
