What is the refund/cancellation policy if I have booked a WDW room and ticket package?

Hi, Shelly!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Having to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package would certainly be disappointing.  However, sometimes circumstances happen that are out of our control, forcing our plans to change.

A room and ticket package cancellation is refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date.  However, this may not include non-refundable air transportation or other optional vacation package additions.  A cancellation made 2-29 days prior to arrival is refundable minus a $200 cancellation fee.  A cancellation made one day or less prior to arrival or a no-show is non-refundable.  Please refer to the terms and conditions listed on the Walt Disney World website for a more detailed description of the cancellation policy.

If you need to modify or cancel your vacation package, you may do so online by logging into your My Disney Experience account or by calling the Help Center phone number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
