I have points use year 2021. What do I do!!

    Hello Mary!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! From Disney Vacation Club Member to another, let me extend to you a warm “welcome home.” It would be my pleasure to help offer you some guidance about your Vacation Points. My Disney Vacation Club Membership has opened a whole new world of vacation opportunities. I hope that has been your experience, too!

As we are approaching the end of 2021, it is important to note the exact date of your Use Year. For instance, if your Use Year is January, your 2021 Vacation Points will expire on December 31, 2021, and cannot be used to book a reservation for a Disney Vacation Club Resort or other Disney Destination. If your Use Year is June, you will have received your 2021 Vacation Points on June 1, 2021, and those points can be used until June 1, 2022.

If you do not plan to book a reservation using your Vacation Points, you will want to consider banking your points into the 2022 Use Year. Vacation Points must be banked four months before the end of your Use Year. Another option would be to deposit your Vacation Points into RCI Exchange for use at a later date. For more details about depositing Vacation Points with RCI Exchange, please contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800.

I hope this information helps you make the most out of your Disney Vacation Club Membership and Vacation Points! Here at planDisney, we are always happy to help answer your vacation questions, so stop back by any time.
