We have points deposited with RCI but don't know how to use them. Thanks,

    Hi Carol,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  One of the great characteristics of Disney Vacation Club membership is the flexibility in vacations that members can experience.  Being able to exchange into RCI is one of the ways that Disney Vacation Club Vacation Points are very flexible!  There are thousands of destinations to chose from around the globe using RCI.

To get started using your Vacation Points that you deposited into RCI, I suggest that you head over to the Disney Vacation Club Member website.  From there, choose the tab for "Destinations," and then select "World Collection" from the drop-down menu.  There is a blue box which offers the option to check availability and even book RCI online from this page.

You also have the option of calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  Listen to the menu options, and choose the one to speak with a cast member about RCI.  They will be able to look for availability for you and help you to book your RCI vacation.

I spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club member services who let me know that you can book your vacation through RCI at two years ahead for weekly reservations, and 10 months ahead of the check-in date for nightly reservations.  If you are within those windows for when you want to travel, I suggest that you do this sooner rather than later.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Carol.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
