Hi, I only have 100 points to borrow from useyear 2024 Dec. 100 for use year 2025 and 100 Points for use year 2026. Can I borrow 100 from year 2024 and 100 from 2025 total of200 for a hotel exchange for my trip in July to London hotels for 7 nights ?

    Hello Margarette,

It’s so nice to see you back at planDisney with another question! Planning for a Disney Vacation Club Resort is always exciting, I’ve been known to peruse Points Charts and dream where my family’s Disney Vacation Club Vacation Points may take us next. I love how a Disney Vacation Club Membership allows for so much flexibility in the type of accommodations and the location. Being able to bank and borrow Points opens up even more options.

When borrowing, Members can only borrow forward Vacation Points by one Use Year. If you are looking to travel in July 2024, you cannot borrow from your December 2024 Use Year and your 2025 Use Year. This scenario would work for a July 2025 trip: once December 2024 arrives, you would have 100 Vacation Points from that year and you could borrow your December 2025 Vacation Points. To book an exchange with Interval International, you must phone Member Services to complete the exchange.

Margarette, I hope this information is helpful to your vacation planning. If you have any additional questions, please let me know!

    Welcome Home,
