Going to POFQ in Jan '12. I hate crowds. Worried my 4 yr. old will 'wish' we were staying in Riverside. She is very adventurous and outgoing unlike myself. Loves swimming and playgrounds. Should I change to Riverside to suit her? Feeling guilty.

    Hi Trudi!

I stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter in March of 2010 and I absolutely loved it!  My observations were that Port Orleans French Quarter was a compact, quiet, not crowded Resort with great rooms, an awesome pool with a waterslide, a playground, and a great food court.  All of the buildings in French Quarter were very close to the main lobby which houses the food court, gift shop, and the Disney bus stops.  The rooms have double beds as well as a small refrigerator and a small coffee maker.  I would highly recommend choosing Port Orleans French Quarter for your next trip to Walt Disney World and I'm sure your daughter will actually thank you for taking her there because she will be having so much fun!

I hope that you and your daughter make some memories that last forever on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
