At the P.O. Riverside resort the photos that show a pull down day bed all seem to be in bayou themed rooms, my family does require a daybed in our room, but would prefer the fancier themed "town" standard room, is this available?

    Hi, Brandy!

Thanks for bringing this question about Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family of five has stayed there several times, and we really enjoy the beautiful grounds and Ol' Man Island pool. And you'll find lots of good old-fashioned family fun at this Resort hotel, like roasting marshmallows by the campfire; it's a favorite activity for my family!

The rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside are the only rooms that feature the extra pull-down bed. The Magnolia Bend mansion rooms, including the Royal Guest Rooms, do not have the extra pull-down bed. Note that if your party has five people aged three and older, you will automatically be assigned an Alligator Bayou room. My kids absolutely love the pull-down bed!

I hope this answers your question, Brandy. Please stop back again and let me know if you have any additional questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Erin
