Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Madeline. I'm so excited to hear about the Walt Disney World Resort vacation you're planning!
Chef Mickey's is one of my family's favorite restaurants, and we're big fans of
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. You're sure to have a magical visit!
A late dining reservation sometimes requires a bit of creative thinking in terms of transportation. If
Magic Kingdom Park was open late, you could walk from Disney's Contemporary Resort over to the bus stops to catch a bus back to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. I just checked
the hours of the week you'll be visiting, though, and it doesn't look like Magic Kingdom Park will be open late enough for you to hop on a bus back to your hotel after your dining reservation is over. I think your best bet is to use a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft to return to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. I've used Uber to travel from Disney's Contemporary Resort to another location at the Walt Disney World Resort and it was super easy and convenient! Not to mention fast! When you arrive at
Disney's Contemporary Resort for your reservation at Chef Mickey's, take a few minutes to stop by the Concierge Desk in the lobby. A friendly Cast Member there may be able to tell you if bus service
will be available from Magic Kingdom Park when your dinner is over or they may be able to give you another creative and simple solution.
While you're at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, be sure to stop by
World Premiere Food Court for fresh Mickey waffles before heading to the theme parks in the morning. YUM!
I hope this was helpful, Madeline. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
