Hi! We have 8 PM res at Ohana on 8/22, plan on seeing ELP and fireworks from the Poly beach. Enough time to eat and stake out a spot for our group of 6? Thinking 7:30 might be better but don't want too much time to kill with my DS age 6. Thanks!

Hello, Meridith!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I am very excited to hear about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation this coming August.  Although August seems so far away, it is amazing how it tends to creep up on you.  Before you know it, August will be knocking on your door, so we had better get started.

I believe you are thinking of the Electrical Water Pageant.  The Electrical Light Parade can only be seen from within the Magic Kingdom.  I have to agree with you when it comes to selecting an earlier time.  Dining experiences tend to last between an hour to an hour and a half.  You will want to ensure that you are done with enough time to secure a great viewing spot.  Simply call (407)WDW-DINE and ask if there is still availability for an earlier time.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
