5pm res at BlueZoo. Spending the day at HS. Do you think we could leave the car at HS, walk to BlueZoo, eat (just entree), walk back to HS & watch the 7.30pm Fantasmic! without rushing? I’ve read it approx. a 15min walk from HS to Swan and Dolphin. Tha

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I'm thrilled to hear you're planning a meal at the award winning Todd English's bluezoo ... you are in for a treat! I'm hesitant to provide you a clear cut answer, as it really will depend on what time of year you intend to travel. On peak nights (crowds at their largest) guests will begin lining up 60-90 minutes ahead for Fantasmic! Although the amphitheater will hold 10,000+ guests, the popularity of the show will lead to sell out crowds on busy nights. That being said, in all my years of visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios only once was I turned away due to Fantasmic! crowd capacity.

Assuming you are seated immediately at bluezoo and only intend to order one course, I would expect you wouldn't have trouble finding a seat for the show.

I hope my answer was helpful, Danielle, and yes the walk is only about 10-15 minutes. Including the walk, main entry lines and the distance to Hollywood Hills Amphitheater, I'd guess you'll make it just fine during lighter crowds.

    Wishing you a magical vacation.
