    Hi, 5 pm Ohana ADR on Feb 21st. We run the Princess Half 22nd, arrive 20th. Is morning of 21st still on time to tell chef that I'm vegan and running the half? Or should I call/ email before arriving? Stated allergies when making ADR already. Thanks!

    Hello, Sjoerd! 

    First, you did the right thing by documenting when you made your Advanced Dining Reservation that you do have allergies. Your next step will be to remind your server, once seated, that you are a guest with allergies, no need to call that morning. The chef will be alerted and will make a personal visit to your table to discuss your allergies and your dining options. At that time, I would definitely mention you are also a race participant. This information may help guide the chef in making suggestions based on the nutritional needs you will have with running the Princess Half Marathon the next morning. You've also made a great choice in selecting 5pm as your dining reservation - this will give you plenty of time to enjoy your meal.
